Can the AI assistant do a recurring job for me on a schedule, like a daily ads report?

Yes. Use a scheduled task.

1. Open the AI assistant and go to the Scheduled section.
2. Add a new scheduled task.
3. Type the instructions for what the AI should do and how often: daily, hourly, weekly or another schedule. For example: every day look at my ads, give me a report and email it to me.
4. In the Allow tools setting, choose which tools or actions the AI can use. The list covers the tools in the system, including the ads and click tracking tools, so a task can create ads, create audiences, get campaign results and more.

Tasks can be complex and multi-part, such as getting all the ad results, saying how to improve them and emailing both you and your client. Other examples: building a dashboard every morning, preparing estimates from data that is in the system, hunting for new businesses every day at nine in the morning, or creating social media content to a standard and leaving drafts on your calendar ready to approve.
