How do I put a caller on hold or leave a voicemail from the power dialer?

While you are on a call, click the logo circle on the contact to pull up their contact record. From there you can mute the call or place the caller on hold. On hold the caller hears hold music; several choices are available and soft background is the default. Click Resume to return to the call.

If the person does not answer, click the voicemail drop button to play your pre-recorded voicemail instead of speaking it live.

You can launch the power dialer on a group of contacts, for example everybody in a pipeline stage.
