How do I set the caller ID name that shows on my outbound calls?

1. Go to Settings, then Phone, where your numbers are listed.
2. Edit the phone number.
3. Turn on the caller ID name setting and enter the name you want.

This is the name that shows on outbound calls from that number, including calls your AI agent makes. Each number can have its own name, for example one per client or per business.
