What does the treatment compliance follow-up snapshot for personal injury law firms do?
It is an AI agent in the snapshot library built for personal injury attorneys. Some of a firm's clients stop going to their medical or chiropractor treatment, and a client who is not hurt enough to go to treatment is not hurt enough to get a large settlement. Missed treatment can undermine cases worth six, seven or eight figures.
The agent makes weekly outbound check-in calls to the firm's clients. It confirms each client is going to treatment, asks when the next appointment is, moves them in the pipeline and makes sure they keep going every week.
